Professional boundaries are essential when defining effective and appropriate interaction between yourself and your client; they establish rules which ensure that everyone understands their individual roles, responsibilities and what is expected of them.

As a legal professional, you support clients during some of the most sensitive times in their lives, and, in this age of constant communication and instant gratification, it is important that you manage client boundaries from the outset. Failure to do so could result in tricky situations which are easily avoidable in hindsight. 

If you are to effectively manage client boundaries, you must set expectations and assert your own position. This bite-size webinar will show you how.

Delivered by lecturer Sue Edwards of Law Hound, this session will discuss why boundaries exist and will offer guidance on how to avoid co-dependence. Consideration will also be given to what to do if a boundary breaks down.
