This course, delivered by experienced lecturer Sue Edwards will discuss the post-Jackson concerns that practitioners face such as the downturn in legal aid, challenges to personal injury funding, the rise of the ABS and competition in general, and will offer useful insights and practical guidance on how viewers can meet these issues head.

During this course consideration will be given to the way in which practitioners can analyse their profitability, how to challenge the concept upon which computerised figures are based and how to identify hidden costs.

In addition, Sue will provide viewers with useful hints and tips on the practical ways in which you can ensure your firm’s survival, and hopefully increased profitability, through the successful costs management.
