The Project Management Institute, Inc. (PMI) defines project management as ‘the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to a broad range of activities in order to meet the requirements of a particular ‘project’ – that being particular process to achieve a particular aim.
The ability to effectively manage such processes in the firm is a fundamental skill which all practitioners must have, regardless of their area of interest or level of experience, if they are to competently practice within the legal sector.
This introductory course covers the fundamental knowledge, skills, and techniques in the principles of project management to manage various work-flows in a legal context; it will provide you with the tools needed to put these principles in to practice.
