realise it or not, support staff are essential to your business, so it important
that they feel motivated, valued and supported.

theory and will consider some of the key aspects which influence employee
motivation such as job security, benefits and working environment.
Law Hound lecturer Paul Roy will discuss
the importance of employee engagement which is crucial, not only from a
business perspective in terms of increased productivity and efficiency, but
also from an employee perspective as engaged employees are likely to be happier,
have a greater work/life balance and be more willing to go the extra mile.
Paul
will demonstrate how staff engagement can be easily achieved through positive communication
and how sharing your vision for the business can assist you motivate your team
in practice.
In addition, consideration will be given
to the benefits of staff empowerment in the workplace and the employee incentives
or rewards which you can utilise, including advancement opportunities and increased
pay, to motivate your administration or non-fee earning staff.
