Paul started his career in finance working in the finance department of a number of large organisations in the North.
Whilst he enjoyed working with facts and figures Paul became increasingly interested in managing people. Working in a smaller organisation he became the person that others turned to manage people within the business which ultimately led to a new role in training. Paul has worked with universities on their MBA and post grad courses, CPD and in-house HR programme. Paul holds accounting, HR and Management qualifications and trains in risk management and compliance in these areas.
Paul now uses his skills as a trainer developing and delivering training in both HR and financial management.
