Managing Standards of Behaviour in the Workforce
All employers should strive to provide a workplace in which employees are given the dignity and respect to which they are entitled. In turn, employees are expected to adhere to a standard of professional behaviour. This may well be a condition of employment and those who violate the firm’s code of conduct may be subject to disciplinary action.
This session will encourage managers and business owners to reflect upon how standards of behaviour in the workforce are currently managed, whether it is really necessary to specify what standards of professional behaviour are expected and the potential consequences if standards of behaviour in the workplace are not met.
