This course will offer a practical discussion of the appeals procedure and will suggest practical guidance on how to navigate the court system successfully.

Delivered by experienced immigration law practitioner and lecturer Kahiye Alim, this course will provide viewers with a structured approach to this specialist area of law, and, through the use of case studies, will ensure that you have the knowledge required in order to identify the relevant law and procedure relating to immigration appeals and ultimately achieve successful outcomes for your clients.
