This bite-size course will be of interest to all conveyances and offers a practical discussion of the issues faced by both practitioners and sellers when providing replies to enquiries.

These issues will be discussed against the background of recent case law in an effort to illustrate a number of the relevant principles.

Delivered by experienced practitioner and lecturer Richard Quenby, this course aims to provide an overview of the duties which are owed by sellers, the mechanisms by which they can discharge or disclaim that duty, and the remedies which are available to buyers if a seller does neither.
