Course Overview

So, you have received the ‘Invitation to Tender’… Now what? Are you going to use valuable resources to no effect or focus on the right things and turn all that effort into new business? This course draws on an investigation into what makes for an effective response to the invitation and will guide you to greater success. We draw on experience from many successful and not-so-successful organisations to guide our thinking – including ‘magic circle’ firms.

More and more organisations are turning to ‘Invitation to Tender’ as a method of sourcing new suppliers.  Addressing both commercial and public sectors, this course will give you plenty of ideas to help you identify how to organise within your firm to deliver to the tender requirements (so you don’t re-invent the wheel each time). It will also help you meet the needs of the Request for Tender, prepare a better presentation, and put your firm at the head of the queue!
