Delivered by experienced lecturer Mac Mackay, this comprehensive course will provide viewers with useful tips and ideas to get a ‘FOCuS’ on the right things to keep your business balanced, show you why ‘bigger’ (more turnover) might not be ‘better’ (more profitable) and how to develop a healthy and sustainable business.

Although managing your CPD and that of others might seem like a modest task, this course will demonstrate how to cope under the new SRA rules. In addition, this course will offer guidance on how to market your firm on a shoe-string, ensure that you are not wasting money and how to get the most out of tools such as social media.

Mac has a wealth of practical management experience running his own successful consultancy practice, and has been a popular lead speaker on the Datalaw SRA Management Course Stage One and Two.

He is author of Motivation, Ability & Confidence Building in People and Recruiting, Retaining & Releasing People both published by Butterworth Heinemann (2007). Mac is also a Chartered Manager and a qualified sports coach.
