Whilst zero hour contracts provide employers with a flexible workforce designed to meet a changeable or temporary need, it is important that employers actively assess their staffing needs to ensure that this may not be served more effectively through the use of agency workers. During this bite size webinar experienced lecturer, and head of the Pump Court Chambers Employment Team, Heather Platt will discuss the ways in which the Agency Workers Regulations can be interpreted. In addition, Heather will provider viewers with an overview of recent case law concerning zero hours contracts.
