Pauline Murphy is a qualified solicitor and education specialist with over 25 years of combined experience in legal practice and professional training. Her unique career trajectory spans both traditional legal practice and educational leadership, making her particularly well-suited to deliver comprehensive legal training programs.
Beginning her legal career at Hammonds Direct, Pauline developed extensive expertise in property law, managing high-volume remortgage work and complex conveyancing transactions. She later established and led a conveyancing department at LPS Solicitors, where she implemented robust procedures and documentation systems that contributed to the firm's LEXCEL accreditation.
For the past decade, Pauline has dedicated herself to legal education and quality assurance. She currently serves as the Conveyancing IQA and Curriculum Lead at Datalaw, where she is responsible for developing and maintaining Level 4 and Level 6 Conveyancing Apprenticeships. Her role includes creating comprehensive educational resources and ensuring robust internal quality assurance processes.
