Mark Frost has over 25 years successful experience of helping firms increase sales and develop new markets and create new business opportunities the last 17 of which involved writing tenders and proposals to secure public sector contracts and grants, both within the UK and Europe. As Managing Director of Tenders-UK he is the ‘thought leader’ of their client services and responsible for continually driving forward proposal quality and success rates.
Prior to establishing Tenders-UK, Mark was Group Managing Director for a major international innovation and consultancy firm. In this role he was responsible for the firm’s public sector services business. During a five year period Mark increased the division from £3m to £26m turnover through the development of new business support and training programmes and by successfully tendering for public sector service contracts.
