Tendering can be a major opportunity for law firms to win new business or compete for larger contracts, but in order to do so, it is crucial that you understand the tender process and how to tender, as this will undoubtedly assist you and your firm submit winning proposals.

Delivered by experienced lecturer Mark Frost, Managing Director of Tenders-UK; one of the most successful PQQ, tender and bid writing firms in the UK, this course will provide viewers with an overview of what tendering is and the various delivery/contracting models which may be proposed.

During this course consideration will be given to the tender process proposed by the LAA and detailed guidance will be offered in respect of what firms need to do at various stages of the tender process.

About Instructor - Mark Frost

Mark Frost has over 25 years successful experience of helping firms increase sales and develop new markets and create new business opportunities the last 17 of which involved writing tenders and proposals to secure public sector contracts and grants, both within the UK and Europe. As Managing Director of Tenders-UK he is the ‘thought leader’ of their client services and responsible for continually driving forward proposal quality and success rates.

Prior to establishing Tenders-UK, Mark was Group Managing Director for a major international innovation and consultancy firm. In this role he was responsible for the firm’s public sector services business. During a five year period Mark increased the division from £3m to £26m turnover through the development of new business support and training programmes and by successfully tendering for public sector service contracts.
