Lorraine qualified as a solicitor in 1991 after completing her law degree at Cambridge University. Lorraine has worked for regional firms and ran a successful branch office for 10 years. Lorraine acted for a number of developers and specialises in all aspects of residential property law. Lorraine boasts an extensive background in legal education and training. She achieved a PGCE in 1996 and has played a pivotal role in delivering CPD courses for various providers. Her contributions include editing textbooks on conveyancing and establishing a comprehensive legal qualification for HM Land Registry staff while at CILEX Law School. Furthermore, Lorraine has authored ‘The Practical Lawyer’, a monthly update service for solicitors. Her expertise extends to Quality Assurance Procedures, where she has significantly influenced training courses and assessments.
