Fauzia is an experienced law lecturer with over 25 years of experience, specialising in Wills and Administration of Estates, Trusts, and Equity. Fauzia has been dedicated to legal education for most of her career, and is currently teaching at Brightlink Learning, where she prepares students for the Solicitor's Qualifying Exam (SQE) and CILEX courses. Alongside her academic role, Fauzia works in legal practice, helping clients plan their estates to minimise future tax liabilities. Her responsibilities include meeting clients and drafting wills, trust instruments, and lasting powers of attorney for them. In addition to her teaching and legal practice, Fauzia is currently training as a Public Notary, further expanding her qualifications and expertise.
