Carol Wealleans (formerly Taylor) is a people person with a valuable ‘can do’ attitude towards business. Being an entrepreneur herself, enables her to show empathy with many challenges that face new, young and mature businesses. This also allows her to bring solutions and reflexive techniques to her consultancy approach within many sectors and complex organisational structures.
Carol has worked both in the private and public sector and is an approved SQM auditor. She has enormous experience in getting firms ready for audits and can give advice from both sides of the fence when it comes to getting ready
Her company Solutions 4 Enterprise Ltd helps other businesses/organisations start, grow and develop. Customer needs are Carol’s top priority and she will go that extra mile when required. She has mentored and supported over 58 new ‘start up’ businesses and over 34 existing businesses to grow.
