Delivered by experienced property practitioner and lecturer Richard Quenby, this course will examine some of the remedies which are available to the buyer if the seller refuses to sell or has mis-described/ mis-represented what it is that the buyer is getting.
Richard will also discuss the way in which some contracts try to restrict the buyer’s remedies and will offer guidance on how the viewer can respond in such circumstances.
In addition, the remedies available to the seller will also be examined as this will be of use in situations where the buyer fails to buy a property (usually as a result of being unable to pull the money together in time or at all).
