  • Be aware of the Protocol and Practice Direction provisions relevant to the commencement of Stage 3 proceedings within the Portal
  • Be aware of the appropriate Claim form endorsement when commencing Stage 3 proceedings

  • Be aware of the key requirements in the Practice Direction for the defendants Acknowledgment of Service
  • Be aware of the key considerations when considering obtaining whether proceedings should be commenced via Part 7 or Part 8
  • Be aware of the meaning and definition of Protocol Offers within the Protocol
