Course Overview

Commonly defined as a collision between a vehicle and a stationary object or between two or more vehicles, Low Velocity Impact (LVI)s do not usually involve injury as there is often insufficient speed and/or occupant displacement to cause serious harm. Despite this, LVI cases are some of the most complex matters which personal injury law practitioners must deal with.
