Description This 30minute practical webinar explains the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (Legal Aid: Antisocial Behaviour and Prevention and Investigation Measures) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2026 (SI 2026/861) and what it means for civil legalaid practice in England & Wales. You will receive a clear, practicefacing walkthrough of which LASPO Schedule 1 services are amended to cover the new antisocial behaviour (ASB) and related prevention/investigation measures introduced by the Crime and Policing Act 2026; how the Legal Aid Agency will treat scope, means and merits in ASB matters; and the practical implications for fees, remuneration and funding routes.
