During this bite-size webinar lecturer Safda Mahmood will discuss the various forms of remedies available in respect of injunctions for personal protection, depending upon the nature of the applicant applying.

Consideration will be given to the position with various forms of associated persons under the Family Law Act 1996, and non-associated persons through the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.

Viewers will also receive practical guidance on how to address the court on the criteria for orders, with regard to the balance of harm test used.
