Course Overview

Associative Discrimination refers to discrimination based on an individual's association with another person belonging to a relevant protected group such as age, disability or gender reassignment.

During this bite-size webinar barrister and lecturer Rachel Coyle will discuss relevant case law in respect of associative discrimination and will provide views with an overview of the decision in Attridge and Weathersfield Ltd v Sargent.

Consideration will be given to exceptions to these decisions, whether they include victimisation and if they are in-keeping with Hainsworth.
