Practitioners with several years post qualification experience will be able to take advantage of civil litigation courses such as Counting The Costs - Practice And Procedure Update and new release Hot Tubbing For Experts, both of which have been delivered by expert lecturer and barrister Alastair Hodge of 5 Essex Court.

Non-area of law specific courses including How to Commence a Claim and When Can a Wasted Cost Order be Made may also appeal to those interested in undertaking convenient litigation training to expand their knowledge and skill set.

Comprising webinars of varying length, Datalaw’s online civil courses range from traditional 1-hour courses such as Service of a Claim Form – Getting it Right and The Selection and Instruction of Experts, delivered by lecturers Nicky Carter and Gary Barker respectively, to bite-size sessions which concentrate on key civil law topics.
