Kevin qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and is the director of Donoghue Solicitors which specialises in personal injury accident claims, actions against the police and professional negligence claims only.
Kevin represents claimants throughout England and Wales and frequently acts for solicitors and other professionals, having developed a specialist civil litigation practice with a particular interest in compensation claims against the police, and high value, complex accidents at work.
Kevin is a member of the Police Action Lawyers Group, Liberty and a Senior Litigation with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Kevin also joined the Law Society’s expert Personal Injury Panel in February 2013.
