Anita is a seasoned human resources professional with a career spanning over 22 years which includes 5 years in the retail sector at Marks & Spencer and 6 years in investment/professional firms which culminated in her becoming a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase. Since 2001, Anita has also been a freelance HR Tutor and Moderator in the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development's (CIPD) post-graduate qualifications.
