Alice Kinder is a Senior Associate in the Employment Team at Bexley Beaumont. Alice supports businesses and individuals to navigate complex workplace challenges with ease. She provides specialist straightforward advice to help her clients find a positive solution to the issues they face, and runs training courses to promote good employment practice and equality, diversity and inclusion. Alongside her legal practice, Alice is a non-executive director and a visiting lecturer. These roles have given her strong practical experience of managing and addressing employment and equality matters and explaining detailed legal concepts in an easily understandable way. Alice is based in Birmingham but operates nationally. She was named Greater Birmingham Legal Young Professional of the Year at the Future Faces Chamber of Commerce Awards 2023 and won the Rising Star Award at the UK Social Mobility Awards 2023.My Users
