Delivered by solicitor and lecturer Nicky Carter, this 60-minute live webinar will focus on the forthcoming amendments to CPR Practice Direction 16, which take effect from the 6th April 2020.


Predominately aimed at PI practitioners, this session will consider the new provisions concerning statements of truth and preparation and content of witness statements.


This session will be of particular interest to those involved in credit hire litigation as the forthcoming CPR changes herald the introduction, for the first time, of a mandatory requirement to plead within a statement of case certain matters specified concerning any credit hire claim.
