There will also be a consideration of preparing schedules of allegations leading up to fact finding hearings, as well as evidence gathering

The Court of Appeal Guidance in Re H-N 2021 EWCA Civ 448 has set out the position surrounding scott schedules and using criminal law concepts, which are very significant at present, and which will be explored.

This area is really topical as there are matters relating to cross examination when litigants in person are involved, and courts not following PD1J as they should.
